The first choice has been very easy; El Diablo - a natural lot from Nicaragua. Clean notes of berries and cocoa make this coffee hard to ignore. Grown on the mountainside regions of Jinotega, in Datanlí (indigenous for "where water flows") rich mineral soils and natural shading from surrounding forests, El Diablo shows off the naturally abundant sources of flavour that Nicaragua has to offer.
